7.0 Production

MyWorkDrive version 7 is now in production released!  MyWorkDrive version 7 features support for Entra ID as an identity provider and connections to Azure Storage via API (Azure File shares and Azure Blob) See our Release Announcement and Getting Started guide for details.

MyWorkDrive Server 7.0.1.37 -Fixed a bug that caused large files not to open via the Map Drive client. Impacts builds 7.0.1.17 - 7.0.1.24. Users with those server builds are advised to update their servers to the latest release. -Improved login process when using user/pass logins on Active Directory to decrease login time. -Fixed a bug in the web client which prevented showing the preview in Office Webapps Viewer for office files stored on Blob EID with HNS -Fixed a bug where files uploaded via the Webclient did not have the correct dates set on the file (Created, Modified, Accessed). MyWorkDrive Server 7.0.1.24 -Improved handling of modified date/time on file uploads on Azure Files, Azure Blob, OneDrive, SharePoint. -Fixed a bug uploading to Azure Files as a result of API change. -Improved color pallet and localization for Mobile view of the Web Client in the browser. -Added favorites to Mobile view of the Web Client in the browser. -Fixed a bug which caused shortcuts to not display as folders correctly in Version 7 using Active Directory mode with SMB Shares.

MyWorkDrive Server 7.0.1.17 -Fixed a bug which prevented domain admins from logging in to server admin under some AD configurations. -Fixed a bug when downloading large files from the web client in AD Mode. -Enabled Admin login to servers using Active Directory user database by Domain users who are members of local administrators but not members of Domain Admins. This method is not recommended as some features in MyWorkDrive admin expect/require the logged in admin user to be a domain administrator (features like Delegation, Share Test Tool, Guest User Access, Health Dashboard.) Using a Domain user who is a member of Domain Administrators to manage MyWorkDrive remains our recommendation. -Fixed a bug which prevented deleting or renaming items in a public share link from Blob storage using EID auth -Fixed a bug in granular permissions where OneDrive/SharePoint were not correctly disabled on map drives when unchecked on Share settings -Fixed a bug where public share links from Blob storage using EID auth were appearing blank. -Fixed a bug when skipping the wizard on a new install using Entra ID prevented manually creating the Entra ID App in Integrations when publishing via Cloudflare. -Added ability to add an SMB provider when adding new SMB Storage on shares (previously required it to be done in Integrations)
